WE DON’T WANT TO SEE THE CHAIR VACANT. 🤝🏾
We understand that the rotation of life changes, but once you’ve been in the Lab, the Fam always has your back. If you need to step out of the squad, we want to ensure the transition is clear and professional for both you and the collective. 🏛️🏾

1. AUTHORIZED METHOD OF TERMINATION 🛑🏾

• FORMAL NOTICE: Termination of membership is not valid via verbal agreement, social media message, or the unauthorized cessation of a payment method. 👤🏾
• PROCEDURE: To initiate an exit, a Formal Cancellation Request must be submitted exclusively via the “My Account” Member Portal.
• BREACH OF CONTRACT: Stopping a payment without completing the formal exit procedure constitutes a Breach of Contract. In such cases, the account will fall into Arrears, and you will remain liable for all outstanding balances. 📉🏾

2. THE FOUNDING FAM (MINIMUM FIXED TERM) 🔒🏾

• THE MINIMUM PERIOD: This plan carries a Minimum Fixed Term of Six (6) Months. By signing this pact, you are legally committed to Six (6) consecutive monthly instalments  🧱🏾
• EARLY TERMINATION LIMITATION: You are not eligible to submit a cancellation request until your Sixth (6th) monthly payment has successfully cleared. 🗓️🏾
• FORFEITURE OF STATUS: Early termination or default results in the Irrevocable Forfeiture of your Founding Member status and lifetime price-lock. Any return to the Lab will be at the current Daily Fam market rate. 🚫🏾

3. THE DAILY FAM (MONTH-TO-MONTH ROLLING) ⚡🏾

• STATUTORY NOTICE PERIOD: This membership operates on a rolling basis, subject to a Strict 30-Day Notice Period. 🗓️🏾
• BILLING CYCLE OVERLAP: Termination is not immediate. Because the notice period is 30 days, your liability for payment depends on your Billing Anniversary:
  • THE FINAL PAYMENT RULE: If your next scheduled Billing Date falls within the 30-day notice period, you are Legally Liable for one (1) final full monthly instalment. 💳🏾
  • Example: If your bill is due on the 1st of the month and you submit your notice on the 15th, your 30-day notice ends on the 15th of the following month. Therefore, the payment on the 1st remains a mandatory requirement. ⏳🏾
• ACCESS: You retain full access to the space and your 3 sessions a week until the final day of your paid notice period. 🪑🏾

4. VACANCY & RE-ENTRY PROTOCOLS 🔄🏾

• IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Upon the conclusion of your 30-day notice period, your “chair” at the table is considered Vacant. This spot will be Immediately Released to the next individual on the GymDem Waitlist. 🤝🏾💯
• THE OPEN DOOR: While your seat may be filled, the Fam always has your back. You are welcome to rejoin the rotation at any time, subject to availability and the current market rate. 🤜🏾🤛🏾

5. JUST FOR YOU (ACCOUNT SECURITY) 🔐👤

• Personal Use: Your membership is personal to you. You cannot use your account to book shifts for other members, friends, or guests.
• The Lock-in: Sharing login details or allowing others to use your membership is a breach of the sanctuary and will result in immediate termination of your contract. One account, one member of the crew. 🛡️🔒

6. PUNCTUALITY: THE “5-MINUTE” SAFETY RULE ⏳🚫

• Safety First: For your safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of the session, we have a strict 5-minute late policy. 🛡️✨
• The Lockout: If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, you will not be permitted to join the shift. No refunds or “make-up” sessions are provided for lateness. Pull up early and be ready to move. 📍🔥

7. CAN’T MAKE IT? (2-HOUR NOTICE) ⏳🔄

• Notice Required: Respect the squad. You must cancel any booked session via your “My Account” portal at least 2 hours before the class starts.
• The Ghosting Strike: If you fail to show up for a booked shift without notice, your account will be flagged for review. Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of your booking privileges. Don’t let a spot go to waste. 🤛🚫

8. GYM ETIQUETTE (THE GYMDEM WAY) ✨🤝

Clean & Tidy: Wipe down your station and return all weights to the racks after your use. Leave the sanctuary better than you found it. 🧼

Respect: Ego stays at the door. Respect the instructor and your fellow members at all times. We are one collective. 🦾🌍

The Mats: To keep our performance floor clean, please wear indoor-only trainers. No work boots or outdoor shoes are permitted on the mats—protect the base. 👟🛡️
