TERMS. CONDITIONS. SQUAD-LAW.

By entering the rotation, whether through a Single Shift, a Block, or a Squad-Membership, you are agreeing to these Standards. At GymDem, we keep our circle tight and our rules firm to protect the energy of the Daily Fam. If you cannot respect the standard, you aren’t ready for the Lab. 🏛️🏾

1. THE ROTATION (BOOKINGS & CREDITS) 💰🏾

  • PAID BOOKINGS ONLY: Single Shifts are strictly for paid bookings. We do not hold spots or “reserve” seats without skin in the game. Your place at the table is only secured once payment is cleared. ⚡🏾💳
  • CREDIT EXPIRY (MOMENTUM): Credits are built for consistency. Use them or lose them.
    • SINGLE SHIFT: Must be used within 30 days of purchase. ▪️
    • FAMDEM 5: Credits expire 45 days from the date of purchase. 🔋🏾
    • DAILY FAM 10: Credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase. 👑🏾
  • NO EXTENSIONS: Once a block expires, credits are cleared to keep the rotation fresh for the rest of the squad. No exceptions. ⏳🏾
  • REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. Once a block or membership is purchased, we do not offer refunds. We are here for the work. 🛑🏾

2. THE 2-HOUR HOOK (CANCELLATIONS) 🛑🏾

  • RESPECT THE SPOT: If you can’t make it, don’t waste a seat. You must cancel your booking via the “My Account” portal at least 2 hours before the start time.
  • LATE CANCELLATION: If you cancel within the 2-hour window, or fail to show up, the credit is lost. No “make-ups,” no re-adds. 📉🏾

3. THE SQUAD-MEMBERSHIP 🔒🏾

  • THE GUARANTEE: Membership secures your seat at the table for 3 dedicated sessions every week. 🤜🏾🤛🏾
  • 30-DAY NOTICE: Memberships are rolling monthly contracts. To exit the squad, you must provide 30 days’ notice via the portal. 🗓️🏾
  • FOUNDING STATUS: Founding Member discounts are for life, provided the membership remains active. If you cancel and rejoin, you rejoin at the current market rate. 📈🏾

4. LAB CONDUCT (THE SQUAD CODE) 🤜🏾🤛🏾

  • THE 5-MINUTE RULE: Respect the trainer and the Fam. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the door stays shut. No entry, no credit refund. Arrive early, get locked in. ⌛🏾
  • INDOOR KIT: Indoor-only trainers are mandatory. No exceptions. Keep the mats sharp and the space clean. 👟🏾
  • NO EGO: We are a family. Bullying, harassment, or disrespecting any member of the Fam results in an immediate, permanent ban with no refund. 🗣️🏾
  • SQUAD ONLY: Your account is yours. No guest bookings or account sharing with randoms. 🛡️🏾

5. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY 🩹🏾

PAR-Q: All new members must complete a health readiness form before their first shift. You are responsible for informing trainers of any medical changes before a session starts. 🩺🏾

TRAIN AT YOUR OWN RISK: You acknowledge that high-intensity training carries risks. GymDem is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained within the space. 🏋🏾‍♂️🏾
